Gravesham Fish and Chips Supper

 

Gravesham Conservatives are pleased to announce we will be holding a Fish and Chips Supper on Friday 30th September. 

We will be eating in the Reliance Fish and Chip Restaurant, 4 Queen Street, Gravesend, DA12 2EE, 7pm meet for a 7:30pm start. 

There is a licensed bar and there will be a raffle with great prizes on offer!

Tunbridge Wells Pint and Politics - 21st September

 

On Wednesday 21st September 7pm, we will be holding our first Pint and Politics of the year. 

The event will be taking place in the upstairs room of The Glasshouse, Marne House, 45 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells TN4 8AA.

Tonbridge Edenbridge and Malling Business and Enterprise Club Meet

The Tonbridge, Edenbridge & Malling Business and Enterprise Club was founded in March 2022 to strengthen the links between the business community and our Member of Parliament & Borough Council Leader. 

Objectives

- to provide a forum for discussion and networking for all businesses, commercial organisations, traders and entrepreneurs who work, live or trade within Tonbridge, Edenbridge & Malling and the surrounding area who support the values of opportunity and aspiration. 

- to provide information on issues of importance and interest to the business community, in respect of national government policies including new legislation from Westminster that may have an impact on the business sector.

- to provide information on issues of importance and interest to the business community, in respect of local government policies including new projects that may have an impact on the business sector.

- to provide opportunities to share any issues and/or creative ideas to improve the landscape for businesses in Tonbridge and surrounding areas with Tonbridge & Malling Council

- to provide opportunities for social gatherings, for like-minded individuals from the business community to meet, network and engage with each other to their mutual benefit and to meet with leading Conservative politicians and representatives

We are pleased to announce that the next business and enterprise club is on Friday 7th October in the upstairs room of The Swan, Swan Street, West Malling.

The event times are 12- 2pm and tickets are £25 per head.

This is a great opportunity to meet with Tom Tugendhat and Matt Boughton to discuss both local and national issues.

Winterdale Cheese Visit

 

Aylesford Branch, on behalf of Chatham and Aylesford Conservatives, would like to invite you to an afternoon out to visit the award-winning Winterdale Cheese factory. 

This fun-filled afternoon will take us to meet the cows, see the cheesemaking process, visit the cheese cellar, and take a trip to the Farm Shop. We will end the afternoon with a cup of tea and scones with cream and fresh raspberries (supplied by Roughway Farm). 

This event will be taking place on the 15th Ocotber 2022 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm, at 20 Platt House Ln, Fairseat, Sevenoaks TN15 7LX

There are limited numbers as this is a private visit, so please book early.

Chinese Lunch at Confucius

 

As we draw to the end of what has been a very hot summer, I'm absolutely delighted to invite all members to a Chinese lunch at Confucius. 

With the leadership nearing its end, we will have a new Prime Minister when we meet!

As mentioned above, the lunch will be held at Confucius, 342 High Street, Chatham, ME4 4NR on Sunday 11th September 12:30pm for 1pm start.

An Evening of Conversation with Tom Tugendhat MP

On behalf of Tunbridge Wells Conservative Association, Tunbridge Wells Rural Branch are pleased to announce we are hosting one of the 2022 Conservative Party Leadership Race candidates, Tom Tugendhat MP for an evening of conversation. 

This is your chance to hear from Tom about his upbringing, previous career, his time in politics, and no doubt an exclusive insight into his leadership campaign.  But that is only half the event! There will be a Question and Answer session after the interview. 

Tickets are only £20, which includes refreshments upon arrival. 

The event will be hosted at Matfield Village Hall, Matfield, TN12 7LW on Friday 28th October at 7pm. 

Booking is essential as space is limited. There will also be a raffle with unique signed prizes.
